The Area Hihi, in Doubtless Bay, is known for its beautiful sunsets and complete with a Boat Ramp, it is also a fishermans paradise. It's just a 10 minute drive to quaint Mangonui Village with its cafes, gift shops, grocery store and of course it's famous fish and chip shop on the water's edge. Coopers Beach and Cable Bay are just a little further up the road. Hihi is central to the Bay of Islands, Kaitaia and the beautiful Karikari Peninsula all within a 30-60 minute drive. Gorgeous white sandy Taupo Bay surf beach is only a 20 minute drive.
